Our decision to limit the number of organisations that we work with means that each individual referred to Dovetail Partnerships comes into contact only with specially selected, named clinical practitioners.
Dovetail Partnerships offers solutions at three levels:
Prevention
Preventative programmes to improve morale and attendance levels, mitigate against the adverse impact of sensitive work upon the individual's well being and functioning at work and home by dealing with the sources of stress and ill health. The identification of at-risk employees or work-groups enables risk to be managed more effectively through targeted counselling, coaching, training and support.
Early Intervention
Even prevention programmes cannot protect employees from ill health and other difficulties that affect their wellbeing and work performance. Dovetail Partnerships' counselling, vocational rehabilitation and trauma interventions address these critical human resource issues.
Therapy and Rehabilitation
Dovetail Partnerships' specialist therapy and rehabilitation services address problems relating to long term ill health and absence.
